I'm dedicated to guiding individuals through their healing and growth journey with compassion and understanding. Specializing in attachment issues, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner selves and gain resilience. I tailor therapy to meet each person's unique needs and goals. Committed to ongoing professional development, I ensure clients receive the highest quality of care and support. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, exploring nature, all kinds of plants, art, spending time with my dogs and reading.
